Joseph “Casey” Courtenay was born and raised right here in Georgia. Casey grew up in the Gwinnett County area where he attended Duluth High School. He later attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. After graduating from College, Casey returned to the Gwinnett area where he recognized his passion for real estate as a wealth-building instrument. From there, he decided to pursue his career in real estate and offer his services to his wide network of friends and family. Since then, word has spread of his success.

Experienced in both buyer and seller representation, Casey is committed to negotiating the best possible outcomes for his clients. He tries to put himself in his client’s shoes, keeping them fully informed at every stage, and avoiding the issues that can make buying and selling real estate stressful.

Casey lives just north of Gwinnett county with his wife Brooke and their two daughters.  He enjoys great food, good wine, and entertaining his friends and family. He loves to watch soccer, and you will often find him attending Atlanta United soccer games.
