Have you considered getting your Georgia Real Estate License?  Here are the Top 6 Reason Why You Should:

You work for YOU!
No more spending long hours making someone else wealthy. No more being ordered around by a boss you can’t stand. No more limits to your income, no matter how hard you work. No more frustration of being passed over for a promotion you deserved. No more 9 to 5 nonsense! Your real estate career belongs to you, and your income opportunities range from thousands of dollars to millions of dollars. A Georgia real estate license also allows you to work in both residential and commercial real estate. The choice is yours!

Flexible Hours
As a real estate agent, your schedule is up to YOU. Work as little or as much as you choose, depending on your income goals. Great agents make themselves as available as possible to their clients, but you can dictate your schedule depending on how much or how little you want to work. No more mandatory hours. The days of having your time dictated by someone else are OVER.

Part-Time Income
If you already have a job that you don’t want to leave, you can be a real estate agent in your spare time and earn extra income. Just one or two deals a year can earn you a substantial amount of money on top of your current income. It’s not uncommon for part-time agents to make $30,000 and much more in their spare time.

Job Satisfaction
Few careers offer the satisfaction of representing people when their buying or selling homes. Being a real estate agent can be as stressful as any job, but when you’re helping people purchase or sell a home, you’re guiding them through an extremely important personal transaction -- in many cases the most important purchase or sale of their lives. The vast majority of buyers and sellers need professional guidance through this complicated process. Your expert guidance will be greatly appreciated by your clients, and the sense of personal satisfaction you get from protecting and helping your clients offers a sense of meaning and gratification that is difficult to find in most other professions.

Georgia is HOT!!!
Georgia, particularly the Metro Atlanta Area, is one of the fastest growing and most attractive real estate markets in the country. There are few better states in which to start a career in real estate.

Passive Income Opportunities
If you have a job or other obligations that prevent you from working full or part time in real estate, you can still earn excellent money through referral fees. If you know someone who is thinking of buying or selling a home, you can direct them to an agent of your choice and receive a referral fee for your efforts. The referral fee is negotiable between you and the referred agent, and can range from a couple of hundred dollars to thousands. The only catch is that you must, by law, be a licensed real estate agent in order to receive referral fees from other agents.

There are many more reasons than those listed above to become a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. A career in real estate can be exciting and highly rewarding, both in income and personal satisfaction.
