Thank you for considering Haven Real Estate as your new Broker and partner! We are excited to announce our 2018 Sponsorship/Scholarship commission structure. We look forward to having you join us! 

New agents who join Haven: 

• First 5 deals you close: 75% commission to YOU, 25% to Haven Real Estate Brokers
• Next 5 deals you close: 80% commission to YOU, 20% to Haven Real Estate Brokers

After your first 10 deals, you graduate to our next commission level! You have a choice of the following commission structures: 

• $19.99 per month and 85/15 commission split per transaction.
• $39.99 per month and $500 per closing.
• $299 per month and $49 per closing.

Included in our new agent program, we provide you the following for free to get started: 

• A free customized listing sign
• Company Letterhead
• A box of business cards

Most importantly, as a new agent, you will be assigned a full time mentor.  Our mentors all have years of experience.  They will assist you in anyway you need. Our mentors are available to help you jumpstart your real estate career. They even will go on appointments with you to assist with your new clients.
