Hi! My name is Karen and I appreciate you taking the time to read this. My family moved to Georgia when I was 5 years old so this is definitely home for me! I moved to Knoxville TN for college and lived there for about 11 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Counseling which really serves me well in Real Estate! I love working with people, whether it’s helping a first-time homebuyer, or helping someone sell their home in order to upsize or down size to a smaller home, each situation is unique and no transactions are exactly alike. I get to help clients realize a dream/goal they have and that is so incredibly special to me.
I believe communication and relationships are a huge part of Real Estate, which is why I love my job so much. One of the most important things I want my clients to know is that I am here every step of the way. I don’t want any part of your real estate journey to be confusing or a mystery. I am here to educate, guide, and walk with you, even after closing. I also hope that we have some fun along the way. I always tell my clients that once we work together you are stuck with me for life; besides I’ll know where you live! Haha!
My husband and I have lived in Gwinnett County for a decade now. We lived in Duluth for about 6 years and currently live right on the Suwanee/Sugar Hill border.
