Just because the holidays are over doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. Need some ideas? Take a look at the list below to find out where some of the best activities are taking place in Atlanta this winter.

The Rink at Park Tavern: Park Tavern’s covered and heated rink is a yearly favorite! Open 7-days a week until Monday, January 21st, tickets are $15-$20 depending on day. Skate times vary and the rink does close for private events, so always call before heading out.

Snow Mountain: With a 400 ft. tubing hill and play areas for all ages, this winter fun-park is the place to be if you want to experience snow. Open most weekends until February 24th (with a few weekday offerings), reservations can be made online.  

Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration: A proud Atlanta tradition, the Annual Commemorative Service held at Ebenezer Baptist Church will take place on Monday, January 21st.  The Atlanta History Center and the Margaret Mitchell House will offer free entry on January 21st, as well as special programs honoring the holiday. And from January 19th – 31st, Morehouse College will be holding a series of events to commemorate 90 years since MLK’s birth. 

Callanwolde Artist Market: For two days, over 80 artists will display their work throughout the 1920′s mansion. There is a $5 admission fee for Saturday, January 26th and Sunday, January 27th, with a special $20 VIP preview on Friday, January 25th.  

Atlanta Winter Beer Festival: With over 150 featured beers, live music, food trucks, and heated tents, you won’t even notice that this event is being held in the cold of winter! Taking place at Atlantic Station on Saturday, February 2nd, tickets can be purchased in advance online.

Super Bowl LVIII: It’s safe to say, the Super Bowl is the biggest event being held in Atlanta this year. Learn more about what Atlanta is doing in celebration of the big game here.

Atlanta Jewish Film Festival: An anticipated festival year after year, the 2019 Atlanta Jewish Film Festival will take place February 6th through February 26th. Learn more about this year’s films, ticket pricing, and theater locations on the official AJFF website.

North Atlanta Home Show:  Mark your calendars, the North Atlanta Home Show will be held at the Infinite Energy Center in Duluth from February 8th – 10th! As always, this popular home show will showcase hundreds of home improvement products, companies and services, as well as host seminars related to home and yard maintenance.  

Monster Jam: Monster Jam returns to Mercedes-Benz Stadium on February 23rd and 24th. An always popular event, tickets and special offers can be purchased now online.
